I am slowly turning into reader too... thanks for your concern, I am indeed happier now :)Jeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12519573577327538496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8573620.post-62015658809285682572018-09-01T15:12:18.168+08:002018-09-01T15:12:18.168+08:00Hi Jes, yup. That's very true, so the mother should go work while the men stay home to take care of the kids. I encourage you to try it :P

In general, dealing with government organisations and paper work have been pretty painless, both in terms of claiming things and filing for work stuff. Makes me feel so lucky to work in Singapore! :)Jeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12519573577327538496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8573620.post-7917201566754056502018-08-29T23:52:30.534+08:002018-08-29T23:52:30.534+08:00Hi Naro,

Anyway, the society needs more women to work instead of men since mothers still play a more involved role. I didn't pay any tax this year because of that too :)

And regarding the WMCR, I always say that it encourages men to stay home and not work, rather than encourage mothers to work lol

As a self employed, have to do quite a few things ourselves...you probably have to claim for maternity yourself and child care leave. I did it, and was relatively painless, as long as you have tax records to show you're self employed.la papillionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01372278083694506953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8573620.post-84724135353504906602018-08-28T18:05:12.877+08:002018-08-28T18:05:12.877+08:00Hi Jes,
